Afternoon Refresher

A lovely and refreshing beverage that you can enjoy basking in the warm sun during your afternoon off. This smoothie combines a few of my absolute favourite summer fruits, watermelon, pineapple and strawberries! Combine these beautiful refreshing flavours with fresh coconut water and you have the most delicious, good looking, tropical beverage.

Vegan. Gluten Free. Soy Free. Refined Sugar Free.

serves 2-3


½ cup fresh watermelon, chopped
½ cup fresh pineapple, chopped
½ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1½ – 2 cups coconut water


1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until well combined and smooth.
2. Start with 1½ cups coconut water and add more if smoothie is still too thick.
3. Pour into glasses and top with fresh mint leaves.

Frozen fruit can also be used if fresh is not in season!
