I’ve always eaten a healthy diet and started my Instagram, papaya sunshine, as a way to inspire others that eating plant foods can be anything but boring! I’m a huge breakfast lover and try to make it as delicious as possible. I love to keep active to and do a mixture of running, swimming, yoga and walking. I live in England with my husband and love to make food! I have the smallest kitchen in the world but still somehow manage to create all my plant based recipes and take my pictures in it!
