Mango Smoothie Bowl

Summer in a bowl! Smooth, creamy and refreshing. Our summer holiday favourite.

Gluten Free. Refined Sugar Free. Vegan. Grain Free. Raw.

Ingredients:

1 large frozen banana, sliced
2 cups frozen mango pieces
½ cup coconut water
¼ cup coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender till smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with sliced banana, blueberries, strawberries, activated buckinis and coconut chips. Enjoy!
