Spinach Dip

Raw. Vegan. Diary Free. Gluten Free. Refined Sugar Free.

Ingredients:

4 cups spinach
½ cup tahini
¼ cup onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
3 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon sea salt

Method:

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until well combined, but still chunky.
