I am living a plant based whole foods lifestyle without any wheat, yeast, soy or refined sugar. This lifestyle offers me a huge, if not massive variety of meal options and I love to create new delicious plant based recipes everyday. I share these on my Instagram and blog, so everyone can replicate them. I recently moved from Canada to the UK, but already planning to travel and move somewhere else soon. Can’t stay too long in one place ;).
