Very Berry Superfood Smoothie Bowl
I love making these smoothie bowls, especially for our kids as they love to decorate them. These are super quick in the mornings before the mad school run. We love them as they are easy to prepare and require only fruits in your bowl or freezer and some pantry staple items. We hope you enjoy making them as much as we do! Raw. Vegan. Refined Sugar Free. Gluten-free. Dairy free.
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup strawberries chopped
1 cup coconut water
1/2 banana sliced
1/2 apple sliced
1/3 cup gluten free muesli
1tsp chia seeds
Blend berries until smooth and pour into bowl, sprinkle muesli. Add extra raspberries, banana, handful of cashews, coconut chips, chia seeds, sliced apples and chopped up strawberries to decorate. Be creative with whatever fresh or frozen fruits you have and enjoy!
