Bright Kitchen Silicone Dehydrator Sheets with Raised Edges, 4-Pack (Fits Nesco Round Dehydrators)
This set of silicone sheets stands out for its raised edges that effectively contain liquids and soft batters, making it ideal for fruit leather, jerky, and herbs. Compared to the ZOOFOX plastic sheets, these silicone sheets are more flexible and durable, especially since they are dishwasher safe and reusable. However, their compatibility is limited to Nesco dehydrators, so owners of other brands should look elsewhere. The solid silicone surface can slightly alter airflow, which may influence drying times, but for Nesco users seeking a reliable, spill-proof option, this set offers excellent value.
Pros:- Raised edges prevent spills and contain liquids effectively
- Non-toxic, food-grade silicone that is durable and dishwasher safe
- Versatile for various dehydration projects from fruit leather to herbs
Cons:- Compatibility limited to Nesco dehydrators only
- Solid surface may change airflow and drying times
Best for: Nesco dehydrator owners who want an easy-to-clean, spill-resistant surface for fruit leather and rollups.
Not ideal for: Users with non-Nesco dehydrators or those who prefer lightweight plastic sheets for stacking flexibility.
- Material:100% Food Grade Silicone
- Sheet Diameter:12.5 inches
- Center Hole:3 inches
- Edge/Lip Height:1/4 inch
- Quantity:4 sheets
- Compatibility:Nesco round and square dehydrators
- Features:Non-stick, reusable, dishwasher safe
Our verdict“This pick is best suited for Nesco owners seeking a durable, spill-proof surface for fruit rollups and other dehydrating tasks.”
6 Pack Silicone Dehydrator Trays for Cosori CP267-FD, Nonstick Dryer Sheets with Raised Edge for Jerky, Fruit, Meat, Herbs
This 6-pack of silicone trays provides a flexible, BPA-free solution that fits a range of dehydrators, including the Cosori CP267-FD and Magic Mill models. Unlike the Bright Kitchen sheets, these are designed to be placed on metallic trays, which offers more stability but requires careful size checking since they cannot stand alone. The raised lip prevents spills, and the nonstick surface simplifies cleaning, making them excellent for fruit rollups, jerky, and baked goods alike. Compared with the ZOOFOX plastic sheets, these silicone trays are softer and more adaptable, though their need for a sturdy base can be a drawback for some users.
Pros:- Raised lip prevents liquids from spilling and keeps dehydrator clean
- Made of BPA-free, food-grade silicone that’s easy to clean
- Reusable and compatible with various dehydrator brands
Cons:- Cannot be used alone, must be placed on a rigid tray
- Size checking required to ensure proper fit
Best for: Home cooks with multiple dehydrator brands seeking a flexible silicone solution that works across different models.
Not ideal for: Owners of dehydrators with small or irregular tray sizes, as these trays require precise fit and may not suit all models.
- Quantity:6 trays
- Material:Food-grade BPA-free silicone
- Dimensions:11.8″ x 10.8″
- Fits Tray Size:12″ x 13″ metal trays
- Compatible Models:Cosori CP267-FD, BioChef Arizona, Magic Mill MFD-7070
- Features:Raised lip, non-stick, reusable
Our verdict“This product is ideal for users with multiple brands who need adaptable, spill-proof trays for fruit leather and more.”
ZOOFOX 6 Pack Round Fruit Roll Dehydrator Sheets, BPA-Free Reusable Dryer Mats
This set of BPA-free plastic sheets offers a straightforward, durable solution for making fruit leather and jerky. The raised edges contain liquids well, and the non-stick surface facilitates easy removal of dried items. Compared to silicone options, these sheets are more rigid, which some users find easier to handle, but they require hand washing and are not dishwasher safe, unlike Bright Kitchen or B0B5GJDFZJ silicone mats. They are stackable for storage and fit standard dehydrator trays, but plastic may not appeal to everyone seeking a more eco-friendly or heat-resistant material.
Pros:- BPA-free, durable plastic construction
- Raised edges prevent spills during dehydration
- Stackable for compact storage and easy handling
Cons:- Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe
- Plastic may feel less flexible and eco-friendly than silicone
Best for: Those who prefer BPA-free plastic sheets with durability and are comfortable hand washing instead of dishwasher cleaning.
Not ideal for: Environmentally conscious users or those seeking dishwasher-safe, flexible silicone mats, as these are hand wash only and less flexible.
- Quantity:6 sheets
- Diameter:12.2 inches
- Center Hole Diameter:2.8 inches
- Material:BPA-free plastic
- Care:Hand wash
- Brand:ZOOFOX
Our verdict“This option suits BPA-conscious users needing sturdy, reusable plastic sheets for fruit leather and dried herbs, with some tradeoffs in convenience.”
Cosori Food Dehydrator Accessories, Fruit Leather Roll Sheets for CP267-FD
This official Cosori accessory set is designed specifically for the CP267-FD and similar models, offering two BPA-free fruit roll sheets that measure 11.3 x 12.8 inches. Compared to the silicone options, these sheets are rigid and intended for use on compatible trays, providing a snug fit for even drying. While they lack the flexibility of silicone mats, they’re easy to clean and store. Their main limitation is that they aren’t dishwasher safe, and their fixed size makes them less adaptable than silicone trays for different dehydrator models. For users committed to Cosori units, these sheets deliver reliable results with minimal fuss.
Pros:- Official Cosori accessory designed for perfect fit
- BPA-free, food-safe material
- Easy to clean with simple hand washing
Cons:- Rigid sheets lack flexibility for shaping or multi-use
- Not dishwasher safe, requiring manual cleaning
Best for: Dedicated Cosori CP267-FD owners seeking official, perfectly fitting fruit roll sheets for consistent results.
Not ideal for: Owners of other brands or those who want flexible, multi-purpose mats that can be used across various dehydrators or in ovens.
- Dimensions:11.3 x 12.8 inches
- Material:BPA-free plastic
- Compatibility:Cosori CP267-FD and similar models
- Care:Hand wash
Our verdict“This product is tailored for dedicated Cosori users needing reliable, brand-specific fruit roll sheets for dehydrating.”
4 PCS Silicone Dehydrator Mats with Raised Edge – Compatible with Cosori CP267-FD & Magic Mill, BPA-Free Non-Stick Tray Liners for Fruit Leather, Vegetables, Meat & Herbs
This set of four silicone mats offers a high degree of flexibility and heat resistance, making them suitable for dehydrating fruit leather, purees, and even oven baking. Their raised edges efficiently contain liquids, similar to the B0B3RCSDY4 trays, but with the added advantage of being usable in oven or microwave environments due to their heat resistance from -86°F to 446°F. While they cannot stand alone and require placement on a rigid tray, their versatility exceeds the plastic sheets, especially for users who want a multipurpose option. Compared to silicone sheets like Bright Kitchen, these provide a larger, more heat-tolerant surface for various culinary tasks.
Pros:- Food-grade, BPA-free, heat-resistant silicone
- Raised edges prevent spills and contain liquids
- Can be used in ovens and microwaves, offering extra versatility
Cons:- Cannot be used alone without a rigid tray
- Size may not fit all dehydrator models precisely
Best for: Home chefs who want a multipurpose, heat-resistant silicone mat compatible with Cosori and Magic Mill dehydrators.
Not ideal for: Users seeking rigid, non-flexible sheets or those with dehydrators that have very small or irregular trays that don’t fit these mats.

Our verdict“This product suits users looking for a flexible, heat-resistant, multi-use silicone solution for fruit leather and beyond.”
Fruit Leather Silicone Dehydrator Sheets with Edges – Compatible with Presto Round Dehydrators (4 Pack)
This set of four silicone sheets stands out for their raised edge design that effectively contains liquids, making them ideal for fruit leather, roll-ups, and herb drying in Presto dehydrators. Compared to standard flat sheets, the edges prevent spills and waste, but limit versatility for applications needing full coverage. The silicone is food-grade, non-toxic, and dishwasher safe, ensuring safety and ease of cleaning. A key tradeoff is their compatibility only with Presto models, so owners of other brands might find them incompatible. These sheets are flexible, reusable, and highly durable, making them a smart choice for dedicated Presto users who prioritize spill containment. However, the center hole can restrict their use for solid sheet applications.
BestFor: Owners of Presto dehydrators seeking spill-proof, reusable sheets for fruit leather and herbs.
NotIdealFor: Non-Presto users or those requiring full-coverage sheets without holes.
Pros: Non-toxic silicone, raised liquid containment edges, dishwasher safe, reusable.
Cons: Only compatible with Presto, center hole limits use for solid sheets, limited versatility.
Verdict: A top pick for Presto owners focused on spill prevention during fruit leather and rollup dehydration.

5 Fruit Leather Silicone Dehydrator Sheets Fits Cosori CFD-N051-W and Elite Gourmet EFD319
This set of five silicone sheets is tailored for specific models like Cosori CFD-N051-W and Elite Gourmet EFD319, making perfect compatibility a key advantage over universal options. The sheets feature a 1/4-inch raised edge to contain liquids, ideal for fruit leather, batters, and herbs. Their food-grade, non-toxic silicone ensures safety, and being reusable and dishwasher safe adds convenience. However, their limited fit means they won’t suit other brands, and drying times can vary depending on airflow and thickness of the batter, which may demand monitoring. Compared to products like Bright Kitchen’s sheets, these offer a more precise fit but sacrifice flexibility. They are well-suited for users who want spill-proof, model-specific solutions but are less ideal for those seeking universal compatibility or bulk options.
BestFor: Consumers with Cosori or Elite Gourmet dehydrators seeking precise, spill-proof fruit leather sheets.
NotIdealFor: Owners of incompatible brands or those needing multi-purpose sheets for different dehydrator models.
Pros: Perfect fit for specific models, food-safe silicone, reusable, easy to clean.
Cons: Compatibility limited, drying times vary, fitting measurement must be precise.
Verdict: An excellent choice for model-specific users prioritizing spill containment for fruit leather and soft foods.
Specs: {“Number of Sheets”: “5”, “Diameter”: “10.67 inches”, “Edge Height”: “1/4 inch”, “Compatibility”: “Cosori CFD-N051-W, Elite Gourmet EFD319”, “Material”: “Food-grade silicone”, “Dishwasher Safe”: “Yes”, “Reusability”: “Yes”}Our verdict“Best for Cosori and Elite Gourmet Users Needing Precise Fit and Spill Control — a strong pick in this lineup.”
3 Edge Fruit Leather Silicone Dehydrator Sheets Compatible With Ivation/Gourmia Compatible with ChefWave Non Stick Dryer Mats for Jerky, Fruit, Herbs, Chips, Flax Crackers Crusts Tray Lip Liners
This set of three silicone sheets with raised lips is designed for a wide range of dehydrator brands including Ivation, Gourmia, and ChefWave, making versatility a major strength. The raised lip reliably prevents liquids from spilling, even when spreading batter or making fruit roll-ups. Their food-safe silicone is non-stick, reusable, and dishwasher safe, simplifying cleaning. The tradeoff is that solid sheets can alter airflow, potentially affecting drying times compared to mesh trays. As a trusted brand with a lifetime warranty, Bright Kitchen offers confidence in durability. Compared to custom-fit options, these sheets are less precise but more adaptable across brands. They’re best suited for users with multiple dehydrator models or those prioritizing spill-proof, reusable sheets for a variety of foods.
BestFor: Multi-brand dehydrator owners who want spill-proof, reusable sheets with a broad fit.
NotIdealFor: Users seeking model-specific fit or maximum airflow for quick drying.
Pros: Wide compatibility, raised lip containment, non-toxic silicone, dishwasher safe.
Cons: Alter airflow, drying times vary, limited to three sheets per set.
Verdict: Ideal for versatile users needing reliable liquid containment across various dehydrator brands.

Uprony 8-Piece Silicone Dehydrator Trays with Raised Edge, 12 x 10 Inch Fruit Leather Mats with Scraper & Cutter Wheel
The Uprony 8-piece set offers large, durable silicone mats with raised edges, designed for high-volume fruit leather and snack making. Their size, 12 x 10 inches, provides ample surface area, and the high-temperature resistance from -40°F to 446°F makes them suitable for dehydrators and ovens alike. The inclusion of a silicone scraper and cutter wheel enhances practicality for large batches, but their soft silicone requires a rigid support tray, adding to setup complexity. Unlike smaller, more flexible sheets, these trays are best suited for commercial or serious hobbyist use, sacrificing ease of storage for capacity. Compared to smaller, more flexible options like Bright Kitchen’s sheets, they excel in volume but are bulkier and less convenient for small kitchens.
BestFor: Serious home chefs or small commercial operators needing large, durable sheets for fruit leather.
NotIdealFor: Small kitchens or occasional users who prefer compact, easy-to-store options.
Pros: Large surface area, high-temperature tolerance, includes accessories, highly durable.
Cons: Requires support tray, bulkier storage, less suitable for small-scale use.
Verdict: Perfect for high-volume fruit leather projects in larger or commercial dehydrators.
Specs: {“Brand”: “Uprony”, “Quantity”: “8 trays”, “Tray Size”: “12 x 10 inches”, “Material”: “Food-grade silicone”, “Temperature Range”: “-40°F to 446°F”, “Includes”: “Scraper and cutter wheel”}Our verdict“Best for Heavy-Duty, Large-Scale Fruit Leather Production — a strong pick in this lineup.”
PercyEffie 8-Piece Silicone Dehydrator Tray Set with Scraper and Cutter Wheel, 12 x 10 Inch Non-Stick Sheets
This set of BPA-free silicone trays stands out for its flexible, non-stick surface that excels at handling fruit leather and sticky foods, especially when compared to rigid plastic options like the Nesco sheets. The raised edges help contain liquids, making cleanup easier and preventing spills—an advantage over flatter mats that can leak. However, its soft silicone must be supported by a hard tray, limiting its standalone use, and it’s only compatible with square dehydrators. These trays are ideal for those who want durable, reusable mats that handle liquids well and come with handy accessories. The main tradeoff is that they require a compatible, square dehydrator to work properly, which might limit flexibility for some users.
Pros:- BPA-free, food-grade silicone resists warping and cracking
- Raised edges prevent spills and keep workspace clean
- Non-stick surface ideal for sticky foods like fruit leather
- Includes scraper and cutter wheel for convenience
Cons:- Too soft to use alone—must be supported by a hard tray
- Only compatible with square dehydrators
Best for: Home bakers and fruit leather enthusiasts using square dehydrators seeking flexible, spill-proof mats.
Not ideal for: Users with round dehydrators or those who prefer rigid, standalone trays for easier handling.

- Tray Dimensions:12 x 10 inches (30.5 x 25.8 x 1 cm)
- Temperature Range:-40°F to 446°F

4-Pack Non-Stick Dehydrator Trays, 12 x 12 in. Fruit Leather Roll Sheets
This set of four non-stick trays offers a straightforward solution for making fruit leather, matching well with most dehydrators that have a 12×12 inch capacity. Compared to silicone mats like the PercyEffie set, these plastic sheets are rigid, making them easier to handle and easier to place precisely. They excel at catching drips and holding small items like herbs or berries, and their dishwasher-safe design reduces cleanup time. The main limitation is that you must measure your dehydrator trays beforehand to ensure fit, which can be inconvenient. These trays are ideal for users who want a simple, reusable, and versatile solution for sticky or liquid foods, especially when uniform size and rigid support are priorities. The tradeoff involves limited compatibility and the need for pre-measurement.
Pros:- Non-stick surface prevents messes and sticky residue
- Multi-use design catches drips and holds small ingredients
- Dishwasher safe and reusable, reducing waste
- Large set allows multiple layers to be prepared simultaneously
Cons:- Requires measuring trays before purchase for proper fit
- Limited to specific dehydrator sizes
Best for: Home cooks who want easy-to-clean, multi-purpose trays for fruit leather and other sticky foods with compatible dehydrator sizes.
Not ideal for: Buyers with dehydrators that don’t match the 12×12 inch dimensions or who prefer silicone flexibility for different tray sizes.
- Quantity:4 trays

6 Pcs Silicone Dehydrator Trays with Edge, 10.6 x 7.5 Inch Fruit Leather Mats Compatible with SUCISENI Basic Dehydrator, Non-stick Fruit Roll Sheets Multi-purpose Reusable for Liquids, Jerky, Fruit
This 6-pack of silicone trays is designed to fit specific dehydrators like the SUCICENI FD-12/FD-18, with raised edges that help contain liquids during dehydration. Compared to the PercyEffie silicone mats, these are smaller and tailored for certain models, making them a good choice for users with compatible equipment. The raised edges are a notable feature that prevents overflow, unlike flatter mats that might spill if the puree is too liquid. Their food-grade silicone withstands temperatures from -40°F to 446°F, making them flexible for various recipes. The main drawback is the need for placing these silicone mats on a hard tray or baking sheet, adding an extra step. They suit buyers looking for precise, spill-resistant silicone mats for making fruit rolls, jerky, and more, but may not fit all dehydrator sizes without confirmation.
Pros:- Designed with raised edges to contain liquids
- Made of flexible, durable food-grade silicone
- Resists deformation and cracking

Cons:- Requires placing on a hard tray for stability
- Limited to certain dehydrator sizes

The Nesco SLD-2-6 sheets are tailored for Nesco dehydrators with 15.5-inch trays, making them a reliable option for those with compatible models. The no-spill lip design helps contain liquids like sauces and purees, making them ideal for drying wet ingredients or making fruit rolls with minimal mess. Compared to silicone mats, these plastic sheets are more rigid, providing stability and ease of handling, but they require hand washing and aren’t dishwasher safe—an inconvenience for frequent use. Their capacity of up to 3 cups makes them suitable for batch fruit roll preparations, especially in larger dehydrators. They are best suited for users who prioritize capacity, liquid containment, and don’t mind hand washing, but are less suitable for those seeking dishwasher-friendly options or with different dehydrator sizes.
Pros:- BPA-free, food-grade plastic
- No-spill lip contains liquids during drying
- Reusable and easy to clean by hand
- Designed specifically for Nesco models
Cons:- Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe
- Limited to specific Nesco dehydrator models
